Demand grew for Suremploy pre-employment assessments. Tom sold his 3 clinics and expanded from NSW-based provider to all states and territories.

2023

Following the introduction in 2018 of our purpose built psychometric mental function assessment. Suremploy has positioned itself as the leading physical and mental injury prevention service provider for senior living and health care organisations.

2000

Tom added pre-employment assessments to the services his 3 physio clinics offered and Suremploy Pty Ltd was incorporated as a company.

2015

In response to client needs we developed Australia's first fully online pre-employment tools. This allowed consistency of assessors and the ability to service all areas of Australia.
